Morning Green Smoothie

± 350 g of spinach or any dark leafy vegetable
half a cucumber
2 carrots
1 sweet pepper
Juice in a juicer (not a smoothie maker – otherwise it will just be a thick pulp .. which might make you gag.)
Juice it – add about 80- = 120 ml of water – and drink.

If you want it sweetened – then add an apple.

Skin Booster Smoothie

1 cucumber
a handful of spinach
juice of 1 lemon
1 celery stick
1 kiwi
1 avo
And about 450 ml of water – filtered or purified.
What I would do with the above recipe is juice all of the above ingredients except the avocado
Then put the juice & the liquid into a smoothie maker and blend …..

Yummy it will be a rich creamy smoothie – filled with nutrition.

Apple & Avocado Smoothie

Juice 3 – 5 apples & 1 full lemon (including the peel)
Then take the juice – pour it into a smoothie maker and put 1 peeled, de pitted avocado …..
